Be a part of something meaningful: almost nobody in leadership wants to talk publicly about culture.

The reasons are obvious: the topic is sensitive, often political, sometimes charged.

If we want toxic cultures to stop, and the good ones to grow, we have to talk about what actually happens inside organisations.
Openly.
With the stories that matter.

That is why I am starting a podcast about organisational culture.

It is called Conscious Culture.

It will be about the moment someone in an organisation stops observing the culture and starts shaping it consciously.

How they did it.
What moved them.
Who came with them.
What it asked of them.
What changed once they stopped waiting for someone else to decide how this place was going to be.

If you have a story like this and have been looking for the right place to tell it, I would like to talk.

If your work helps leaders and teams find their own version of that moment, the same.

If you want to follow along as the show takes shape, you are welcome.

Audio only. Episodes in English, German and Latvian.

Hosted on Ausha. See ausha.co/privacy-policy for more information.
