        <description>
Long before “change management” had a name, alchemists knew something essential: they weren’t just gradually transmuting the 7 metals in the privacy of their lab, they were also changing their own state of mind one unveiling at a time. The gold they sought was as much internal as it was real. And the true philosopher's stone was the hidden self they uncovered along the way.
So what if the most profound transformations the world needs didn’t begin in management books, ready‑made methods, or grand narratives about what we should do?

What if they began there:
in those precise moments when something wavers.
When what once worked no longer does.
When a certainty or a veil needs to fall, gently or brutally, and something else starts trying to be born in its place.

The 7 Crossings is a podcast of deep conversations devoted to life passages, inner shifts that ultimately create new ways of living, working, and leading.
In each episode, a person shares a crossing: a professional rupture, a radical questioning, a career transition, a transformation in their relationship to power, to meaning, to leadership.
These people may have had a successful career on paper, a reputation, built an expertise but at a certain point they felt that the model no longer held and something different needed to emerge.

This is not a place for lessons and advice, but more a place for reconnecting to exploration and creativity.

Because the real question is not how to succeed when change hits.
The real question is:
How do we finally become alive when everything is shaking?
Each episode follows the same backbone: a threshold, a crossing, a transformation, an integration.
At the intersection of conscious leadership, the search for meaning, ancient traditions, and contemporary realities, The 7 Crossings explores what emerges when the old world is no longer sufficient. What is born in the cracks, what transmutes, and what empowerment is passed on.
