• circumstantially: it’s the one sign that reminds us we’re still not pregnant.

Despite all of that working against us, your menstruation is actually where all your power lies. 

We’ve just been taught to distrust it and to get through it. But just as sleep can make or break your performance in a big meeting the next day, so does your menstruation make or break the fulfillment you attain for the next month. Just as there’s a way to optimize your sleep, so too is there a way to optimize your menstruation, physically and energetically. And that’s what this episode is all about.

Reframing the meaning of your period bleed to being one of fertile abundance, NOT a reminder of your infertility.

Here's how it works:

The 5-7 day span surrounding your period bleed has an energetic alignment to the winter season. it is a time in our cycle where we abandon all masculine energy of 'doing' and retreat to our feminine power of 'being'.

It is a time of detachment, surrender and letting go of what no longer serves you, so you can make room for your next-level Self to manifest in the cycle that lies ahead.

The biggest misconception about needing to rest during menstruation is that ‘nothing is happening’ and therefore it’s not valuable, it’s weak and makes you lazy. But there’s an entire treasure chest of untapped power beneath the surface and I’m going to show you how to leverage it in order to expand into the next-level version of yourself.

Now most 'fertility influencers' and coaches might tell you to fire back with a defensive comeback like, "IDK, I'm not a wizard, were you able to plan your kids?" or my favorite..." 1 in 6 couples struggling with infertility and asking them about it makes them feel worse."... This list goes on.

What I noticed that all these suggested comeback had in common. They were all came from an energetic place of inadequacy, insecurity and lack of self love and compassion.

Too often in this journey to motherhood, you're reinforced how broken you are, how powerless you are in creating your future vision, your future family. But I call BS on this assumed helplessness. Here's why:

- you body contains an innate blueprint so intelligent that it can create life out of a mere speck of possibility

- your mind is so powerful that it can manifest ANY emotional experience in your body without it even happening in the external 3D

- your spirit is of the most divine light frequency that exists, constantly making upgrades to your soul as you awaken into conscious in this thing called life.

And that is really what this quick episode is about, a pep talk to remind you how powerful you really are and how insignificant the words said by this well-meaning family member, and how untouched you'll be when you hear it.

And instead of reacting from a place of unresolved childhood wounds, you can courageously step into compassion and vulnerability and connect with your family members over this part of your life.

I get this question A LOT - “Stesha, I’ve had all these tests done - they couldn’t find anything wrong, I eat healthy, I track my ovulation, why can’t I get pregnant? I put in a lot of time and effort into my fertility, but I’m starting to think my body is actually broken”

You probably feel like you’re failing, BUT I promise that even the ‘healthiest’, ‘cleanest’ most ‘normal’ looking lab tests can be deceiving to what your body is ACTUALLY going through.

This is why I rarely use lab tests inside of Holistic Fertility Method.

Why? Simple - we don’t need to. Your body can tell us nearly everything we need to know about your health, hormones and fertility - ESPECAILLY when you cleared all your blood tests and everything checked out normal at your doctor’s visit.

How can you do this?

We first listen to the signs and symptom of your body to lead us directly to the root cause keeping you from conceiving. Think of it as a map to your fertility.

In this episode, we are going to talk about the purpose of the signs and symptoms you’re experiencing, why none of us seem to know how to listen to our bodies, and what these symptoms are actually telling us about our fertility and what needs to be done to remove the block to our baby.

If you’re anything like me, you implemented every strategy in the book…

From nutrition, Chinese Herbs, Seed Cycling and Fertility Awareness Method...all the way to Hypnotherapy Courses, Fertility Yoga Routines and even becoming a certified Mind-Body Practitioner…

All in the hopes that this newly acquired knowledge and well-intentioned strategies would be the SECRET that took me to my goal of getting pregnant.
